Stipe Miocic knocked out dos Santos at UFC 211 in his final attempt to regain his heavyweight title. He had mostly been relegated to appearances at UFC Fight Night events since his loss to Miocic.
All the details for that are below, but let’s talk about the headliner: Cormier vs. Miocic III, the trilogy set to be complete. Daniel Cormier and Stipe Miocic have already squared off twice, with Cormier taking the first win back in July 2019, and then Miocic avenging his loss in August 2019.
